Paul is an amazing trainer. When I first met him I was extremely insecure about myself and it took all I had in me to... get myself to the first session. As soon as I walked in he made me feel so comfortable. He listens. He really listened to what my goals were, my challenges, my injuries. No judgement, no intimidation. He is so personable, knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy. He knows how to push me to be my best. His positivity and encouragement are like no other. He always follows up and never leaves any questions unanswered. I highly recommend him. He will get you results!!read more

Paul's the real deal. I have pretty modest fitness goals - really just trying to stay in good shape despite having a... busy schedule. Paul put together an awesome workout plan for me, perfectly tailored for my schedule, which makes it a lot easier for me to fit workouts into my week. That, in turn, has encouraged me to go more often instead of feeling like I don't have the time. Check out his YouTube channel too - it's pretty solid. Super friendly, easygoing, and knows what he's doing. Overall - I would highly recommend.read more

Paul is great! I was looking for a program that would accommodate my busy schedule and help boost my energy level. He... listened intently and understood my limitations and then provided me with a program/meal guidelines that I can take anywhere. He took the time to properly explain the program, walk me through the moves and he made sure that no question/concern was left unanswered. He is one of the few that makes a point of keeping in touch to make sure things are going well! Always a smile on his face!read more

I was fortunate to meet Paul back in December and committed myself to arrange to get Training from Paul. Thanks to him... for checking when I would be ready, I finally was. Paul knowing that I had a heart attack and quadruple bypass in te past few years made sure that my workout catered to me and any potential issues. Paul consistently during workouts made sure I was OK all the way through. I knew what my challenges were and told Paul, and he made sure that the workouts were built around them. I can 100% say that during and when completed I could feel the difference. Looking forward to returning to Paul to continue with additional training. Thanks Paulread more

I have taken part in Pauls bootcamp style classes as well as personal training sessions. What sets Paul apart from the... abundant amount of personal trainers out there is HE GETS IT, the nutrition, the workouts, different lifestyles, goals, needs and he caters to you and your goals. I immediately felt comfortable with Paul training as he pushed me to go further and further each time and celebrates your victories with you! (and there WILL be victories) As a mom of two it was important for me to find a balance of work/life/family all while being the healthiest I can possibly be. Paul delivered, because yet again HE GETS IT. Highly recommend!!read more

I bought a personalized workout plan from Paul because I wanted to step to the next level with my fitness. And did it... ever! His new plan catered to me perfectly. Knowing that I am seasoned to the gym he made me a more challenging workout plan to change up my everyday routine. I am feeling strong and I'm seeing better results now. Get Paul to make you a workout plan you won't regret it. He also has YouTube videos to show proper form for all the exercises he gives you. Recommend it fully from the beginner to a seasoned gym junkie!read more

I contacted Paul about leading a local Mommy workout group. He is a Pleasure to work with, never shamed us and always... showed up with a smile and made our workouts fun...and challenging without causing injuries. Such a fun, motivating way to work out! Paul varies his workouts with everything from using your own body weight,... circuits, Lebert buddy system and equalizer as well as plyometrics. Paul was prepared and flexible with scheduling and the best part was that he came to us! There were no excuses not to work out since we knew he would be waiting! During the group session, Paul was attentive to our individual goals and needs. He skillfully provided modifications for certain exercises and took the time to get to know us which was truly appreciated. If you're looking for a knowledgable trainer who has your best interests and varies your workouts to keep you engaged, you should definitely look into Performance One Fitness and setting up individual or group sessions with Paul.
