How It Works

When we first meet up, we’ll have an in-depth conversation/consultation to help us define what we need to do and when we need to do it. Understanding your capacity and schedule is the first step to developing your game plan. Every step of the way we will develop your self-awareness and build up your confidence to maximize achievement of your fitness goals. Once a month, we will assess your progress and modify your program as required to make sure we stay on track. Together we will develop a personalized plan that includes:

~ Onsite or offsite, training on a schedule that works best for you.
~ Counseling about fitness, exercise, health, and injury prevention and management.
~ Weightlifting, treadmill and other fitness equipment education and instruction.
~Guidance to build self-awareness and confidence focus on core stability and strength.
~ Advice that will help you loose weight, improve speed, strength, agility, and endurance to improve overall health.
